Our goal: development!
Restructuring was one of the main features of the period. Coordination of the «grown giant» became more complex, especially after the crisis (global financial crisis). The management decided it was time to undertake dramatic changes. A Management Company was established.
The company created a Department for commissioning of the process and mechanical equipment in refining and petrochemical companies.
In just 9 years, the scope of work increased from 6 mln rub to 1,500 mln rub per year. Initially, the company worked on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan only, whereas by 2011, it provided its services on the sites from Vyborg and Murmansk to Krasnoyarsk, from the Barents Sea to Stavropol Region. Construction and installation work performed for companies such as OAO NK Rosneft, OAO «TNK-BP», OAO «Gazprom», OOO «Gazprom Neft Shelf», OAO «LUKOIL», OAO «ANK Bashneft», OAO «AK Transneft», OOO «Sibur», etc. (including their subsidiaries).
