2015
2015 was characterizedby a successful completion of several projects, conclusion of the new contracts, an increase in staff and the development of social policy.

New projects:
In March 2015, the specialists of SNEMA SERVICE LLC Production Processes and Equipment Commissioning Department have started to perform a range of works on the project of Integrated Facility of vacuum gasoil deep processing, owned by LUKOILVolgogradneftepererabotka. This facility includes the following technological units: mild hydrocracking unit, hydrogen production unit, combined unit for sulfur production, feed-water conditioning unit, flare facilities. Commissioning activities, including the whole range starting from organizational and technical preparation for start-up to driving up the units to the rated capacity will last until December 2016 and will be performed with the participation of employees of the Spanish company TecnicasReunidas, which is the licensor of the project. Facility commissioning will enable the VolgogradOilRefineryto increase the production of Class 5 diesel fuel to 1.8 million tons per year.
In April, SNEMA SERVICE LLC and UfaState Petroleum Technological University(UGNTU) concluded a cooperation Agreement. The main purpose of this Agreement is integration of scientific, intellectual and logistical capacities of the parties to joint address the problems of import substitution of services and the development of new technologies as well as implementation of joint innovation projects and programs. Considering the mutual needs and interests, the parties have agreed to cooperate in education, research and innovation fields.
In September, SNEMA SERVICE LLC employees started to perform comprehensive maintenance ofAutomatedgroupmeasureunitforgasmeasuringinoilat Gazprom Neft Orenburgfacilities.
In December, SNEMA SERVICE LLC have entered into a contract with a French company for execution of construction, installation and commissioning workspackagein relation to electrical, instrumentation and telecommunication systems. In December,SNEMA SERVICE LLC has begun to implement this large-scale project on the YamalPeninsula.

In November, the worksat the facility of Air - separation unit in Dzerzhinsk, where SNEMA SERVICE LLC executed a full range of installation activitieshave been completed. Linde Engineering Rus, which acted as a Client (Linde Engineering, part of the Linde Group, a leading technology partner for the design and construction of plants around the world) provided a positive feedback on the results of work.
The works for construction of year-round Arcticoil-loading terminal at the Novoportovskoye Field have completed. Client provided a positive feedback on the results of work.
Commissioning works and elaboration of the process equipment datasheets for LLC Stavrolen plant have completed. Client provided a positive feedback on the results of work.
Construction works at facilityLLC LUKOIL-Permneftegazpererabotkahave completed. The Project: KPNO (oil residual processing plant) 2nd start-up phase. Hydrogen refining unit with hydrogen production unit tit. 24-100, 24-101. Client provided a positive feedback on the results of work.
Commissioning works at the facility LUKOIL-Permnefteogrsintez have completed. The Project: Reconstruction of NTKR (low-temperature condensation and fractionation). Construction of the second line for processing of associated gas, Construction of booster compressor station for connection to the OAO Gazprom gas transmission network. Client provided a positive feedback on the results of work.
Commissioning worksat the Unit for preparation and injection of ASP solutions of Salym Petroleum Development NV facility have completed.
