The training center dates back to December 14, 2010, when, at the time, a structural subdivision of "SNEMA-SERVIS" LLC was awarded a license for educational activities.
The main task of the newly formed subdivision was to provide additional vocational training and to improve the qualifications of the Company's employees.
On May 27, 2011, the Non-governmental Educational Institute "SNEMA-SERVIS" Training Center" was created on the basis of the functioning personnel training subdivision, as well as by the decision of the sole founder of "SNEMA-SERVIS" LLC.
In 2013, the Non-governmental Educational Institute "SNEMA-SERVIS" Training Center" was taken charge of by a Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences - Davydov M.V.. In the same year, for the first time, the training center went from being subsidized to a self-sustaining one. And just by 2014, the training at the training center was completed by 1,838 people.
In connection with the entry into force of Federal Law No. 273-FZ "On the Education in the Russian Federation" in 2014, the training center was renamed into the Private Educational Institution for Further Vocational Education "SNEMA-SERVIS" Training Center".
On September 17, 2014, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation included the Private Educational Institution for Further Vocational Education "SNEMA-SERVIS" Training Center" in the register of accredited organizations for the provision of services in the field of occupational safety.
The training center's staff consists of 15 educators that have enormous practical experience not only at the enterprises in the Republic of Bashkortostan, but also at enterprises throughout the whole Russia and in foreign companies. When conducting thematic seminars, highly qualified specialists are invited to teach.
Private Educational Institution for Further Vocational Education "SNEMA-SERVIS" Training Center" carries out educational activities through additional general education programs and vocational training programs. Training is carried out along 14 programs, the most in-demand of which are: basics of fire safety; HSE for managers and specialists; HSE for works at heights; training in provision of first aid to victims.
